Thank you for joining us for our Cargo Bike Test Drive! We were excited to share cargo bikes with so many folks this weekend. If you’re interested in making a purchase, here are some recommendations of where you can get some of these bikes, save some money, and help support Community Pedal Power.

  • If you rode an Aventon Abound, they can be purchased along with all of the items in our Aventon Abound LR Buyer’s Guide at Landry’s Bicycles. Landry’s offers a $50 discount, a $50 donation to the e-bike library, and free assembly on any e-bike. Please email us with your full name and we will send you a coupon to be used for your discount.
  • If you rode a Tern (e.g. GSD, HSD, Quick Haul), they can be purchased at Wheelworks (in Somerville or Belmont) or E-Bikes of New England. E-Bikes of New England is based in New Hampshire; purchase includes free delivery, a 6% discount on the bike, a 20% discount on accessories, and a $50 donation to Community Pedal Power. Feel free to reach out to us for guidance on what accessories are best for the bike you plan to purchase!
  • If you rode an Urban Arrow or Riese and Müeller, Bicycle Belle is our local shop (and were present at the event)! Right now, you can save an extra $1000 off the Urban Arrow Family Cargo Smart System at Bicycle Belle.
  • If you rode a Bunch Trike, and are looking to buy, let us know, and we can help you get a free accessory.
  • If you rode any other bike, please reach out as we may have something for you as well.
  • If you don’t know what bike you rode, we’re happy to help you figure it out!

If you’re interested in the cargo bike life, but not yet sure what your path forward is, you can also BORROW AN E-BIKE from our E-Bike Lending Library. We have many slots available on the Abound LR, Tern GSD, Tern HSD, Urban Arrow, and Bunch over the next 4 weeks; if you’re already on the list, keep an eye on your email in the next couple days.
We want to keep these events free and open to all. To help us do that, we recommend a tax-deductible $10 donation to help support this and future events.
